Cyber Crime! What is the solution
Related to country: Nigeria

Cyber crime have been a case that every one out there is concerned about. This is a trends that is really eating deep into the lives of many youth around the world. I believe the solution to cyber crime is not hunting for the youth involve but educating youth walking in the cyber cafe to help reduce this ugly act. I do believe that the stake holders (Owners) should also be involved to help stop this trend.

Thinking good solution is.....
I'm thinking a nice solution to this is for our governments to provide enough job opportunities, free education etc which they are ever capable, this will engage people to make good use of time and most important to increase human resourses of our state. Look at; we have Abeokuta Still company and others, Lagos and Onitsha, Aba an industrized in manufaturing shoes, bag etc like China whom
started from nothing but our own case it that both the governace and governing look upon OIL only while Nigeria was formerly known gaint because of farming.
Sincerely speaking, violet crimes such as open robbery has increased since EFCC are on duty, and why is like this is because people can not left alone doing nothing, as they say that "An idol mind is a devils workshops" I must tell you that Nigeria are behind wasting it's human resourses and may I ask whether is't better to fight poverty, illetracy first so to see clearly where we are heading to?

cyber crime
I am from Canada and was recently the victim of a cyber crime. I met him on a singles Christian Site and after 18 months of lies and thousands of dollars sent to him, he finally decided to tell me the truth. The money was sent in good faith believing he was telling me the truth about his Christian Ministry, and his desire to get a passport and visit me in Canada. There is no hope of getting my money back. It is not as much about the money to me, although a single mom with five children can hardly spare the kind of money I sent him, I would like to better understanding what leads the people of Nigeria to do such a thing. Is it all about poverty, or does if have something to do with the culture and there God given right to steal from others, they may feel are more fortunate than they. I have surfed the net and found many 419 fraud warnings, stories and articles, but why is what interests me more. A greater understanding, and perhaps lend some help in this area. Where would you suggest I look. What does 419 mean to a person from Nigeria.

the solution is not far fetched
I think the solution is to set up an agency that monitors the cyber cafes and register them. this will cutail it to a bit.

Yes setting up a monitoring panel will help tremendiously and again let people out there know very well that money are not growing on tree in Nigeria that prompt them to fall pery unless there are equally indirect ways funds are been move out that made people getting invloved often and on after all the awaerness....Personally I will never dream nor accepting to ripe where I didn't sow or is there alot of inheritance in Nigeria far enough for it romming about citizens? Well the issue here is that people always enjoy robbing Africa in one way or the other and that is why the fall pery to scams. Why is it hard to see this as opposit of reality when it keep on happening??
