Why the trouble
Related to country: Nigeria

It’s a right to vote and be voted for. What will be the future of a nation with a leader that attracts violence? What is the glory of a nation if her youth are with no vision except to be violating laid down rules.

Soon it will be another time for general elections in Nigeria, who will leader in each of the 36states in Nigeria is yet to be known. The nation’s number one citizen (president) is yet to be known but rallies from state to state of the nation have been unpleasant.

I was in a cyber café and I heard the noise of motorcycles, quest what it was a political party aspirants on township tour and the youths who are suppose to be the leaders of tomorrow were mobilized including many of them who are Okada riders. With this shout I remembered it was a bad day when one of the leading political parties came to my state for a political rally and the opposition party had youths destroying the cars of the parties on rally and breaking their car glasses. Shouting aloud “Sai ………” This action would have resulted in a crisis in the state but it was control and members of the state were aware that a leading party was in the state for her rally.

The glory of a nation is in her youth, I asked the question if an incubate candidate has not been voted for a the number one citizen of the country, his name has been the shout of the day to stand against other parties on rally in a state, what will be the future of the youth if such candidate is made the number on citizen of a nation?

The Glory of a Nation is in her youth and until the Nation invests her resources in the youth, her pride will be relegated. Education they say is the bedrock of any Nation. This is supposed to be the watch word of any developing Nation like Nigeria, but the reverse is the case. Nigeria education is dieing and instead of it been revived, the government deliberate on issues that are of irrelevant to the youth and the nation at large.

"Can I make this exams, I have read over night but could not cram any thing" This was the cry of a youth who slept in the class to read his book all through the night (TDB). The Nigerian institutions has not encourage the youth to be a good product outside the academic environment, because she has encouraged cramming and downloading in testing the ability of the student instead of concentrating on teaching the youth to be a good product and build the nation.

I would have been a victim, I attended an institution where our so called lecturer had to cram what is to be taught in the class and when questions are asked they have no time to respond till they are through with the downloading of what ever they have crammed. This is making the glory of this Nation to be dieing down. Professionals in a field of study may go to read on is field of profession in the institution and we discover that what is the current trend in his field is not taught in schools except the old fashion issues discussed. Youth arise we have to take the battle to save out Nation. How, When, Where.

HOW: We have to read more and research more our selves and not depend of what our lecturer will give to us. But I beg you GIGO when you are in that school, so that you can come out with a better result.

WHEN: The time is now and not for the latter.

WHERE: Where ever you find your self do not be restricted, explode and lets make our Nation proud to restore her pride and glory.

Lastly, remember “It is not the question of if Nigeria will be great again, it is a question of WHEN and WHO? …”

Who is to be Blame!
Related to country: Nigeria

I just arrived from Osun State around 6:28PM where I did celebrate the Xmas with my families and Grand Pa and tuning to AIT News at 8pm, the headline reads "Most of the Abule Egba pipeline explosion victims dies". Who is to be blame? Those who want to make money without stress “The selfish citizen”! Why are the youths who are the leaders of tomorrow not learning from the mischief’s they had witnessed before? Gbenga Sesan rightly said “it is not the question of if Nigerian will be great again …… but WHEN and WHO…” this is what those who want to be rich did not answer for themselves. So they are to be blamed. NNPC Pipeline been vandalized I believe is a plain work which NNPC, taskforce, Policemen and the so called stakeholders are aware of and as you have rightly said two (2) tankers just left the scene before the selfish Nigerian citizens we their. Then who vandalized the pipeline?
Eh! Educating the youth has been the problem of Nigeria and it is our collective responsibility to educate ourselves, some will say but we need money to educate ourselves, agreed but why not get the money in the right way and not through the wrong way. Those who amasses with for themselves because of …. What are they doing to each others now? Take note of the political trends and how looting is pointing the faces of those that want to lead our country out and the way they are made to be babies raining insult on each other publicly. You better shine your eye and run when you see a pipeline destroyed; else they will make the money and relax while they watch you die free of charge. Remember “Public money is not a money to be spend any how because one day you shall give account either in peace or in pain.

Cyber Crime! What is the solution
Related to country: Nigeria

Cyber crime have been a case that every one out there is concerned about. This is a trends that is really eating deep into the lives of many youth around the world. I believe the solution to cyber crime is not hunting for the youth involve but educating youth walking in the cyber cafe to help reduce this ugly act. I do believe that the stake holders (Owners) should also be involved to help stop this trend.
